VIVAX VCAM-6 HD

The versatile vCam-6 HD is a robust camera system for the internal inspection of pipes and sewers. The clear, detailed Full HD images can be provided with date and time stamps, audio commentary and text descriptions. With the weatherproof control unit the image material can be recorded on the internal hard drive of 1 Terabyte, on SD card and USB stick. A full day of work is possible with a battery capacity of six hours and charging on the go with the included 110-230VAC and 12VDC charging cables. The control unit has a clear, daylight viewable 24cm touchscreen, a Qwerty keyboard and built-in Wi-Fi with a wide range of up to 45m for the Smartphone / Tablet App. There are two HD camera heads available with a diameter of 34mm and 46mm. The camera heads are waterproof up to 11 bar. With the traceable push cable and the built-in sondes of 512Hz, 640Hz and 33kHz, underground pipelines can be detected and mapped with a locator. The stainless steel reel can be supplied with 60, 90 or 120m push cable.

For inspection of pipes with a small diameter use can be made of the mini reels with camera heads with a diameter of 18mm and 26mm. These carbon reels with stainless steel frame are available with 30m or 45m push cable.

vCam systems are equipped with special 'True Blue' fiber optic cables and offer a maximum pushing distance and good flexibility for cornering.

The interchangeable camera heads, diameter 18, 26, 34 and 46mm, with self-leveling image are equipped with scratch-resistant sapphire lenses and high intensity LEDs.
